My complaint to Joymax

Hello fellow tamers I know I said in my last update that I wouldn't post anything until May 27th but this is something I feel compelled to write.

Dear Joymax,
I have been playing this game since Closed Beta Testing which was in September and I have spent 100s of hours playing this game since then. I have 3 complaints that I would like to address to you and I am certain a lot of people feel the same way as I do.
My first complaint is the drop cap limit. Yes I know thousands of people have complained about it but this is something that needs to be removed or altered because 10 level limit is not enough. We the players pass it too quickly until we get to 41. Only 3-10 eggs drop going up from 1-41 and they have a very high chance of breaking, this makes it harder for people without much money to hatch their favorite digimon. I know that you need to make money from this game and I appreciate that but the drop cap will make even people willing to spend money quit mostly because you need more than real money to play this game. The in game prices of food and disk are high and people need to get cracked eggshells to buy that, this has nothing to do with cash shop. Well unless you want people to buy your recovery items but that isn't really something people want because it is a waste of money I would rather buy archive slots. You need to care about the non cash shop players they are the ones who bring their friends to the game and those friends might buy from cash shop. If you are still unwilling to remove the drop cap then at least please modify it to 20 or 30 instead of 10 it will make a lot of people happier and rage less. Finally I would like to mention that the drop limit does not stop bots at all.

My second complaint is that the players are putting too high prices on items that they sell to other players. You need to do something about this or a lot of people will quit. I would like to recommend that you put a limit for how high people can sell things in their personal shops. If the economy in the game is unbalanced then it will hurt your sales of premium silk cash shop items. What this means is that people who put their items at too high a price will take a longer time selling it thus they spend less money. If the price is limited then they will be able to sell it quicker then buy more to sell. This will make everyone happy. It takes a lot of time to make the amount that the people are asking for in game. Example: It takes me 60+ hours to farm 2 tera and people are selling archives for 3 tera, is 60+ hours worth 3 tera no it is not because archives are only 2 dollars and seventy cents and that is not worth 60+ hours of my time. So yeah Joymax please consider making a limit for what people can sell their items for and archives in my opinion are worth 700-900 mega. This is the end of my second complaint.

My third complaint is about the 200% and 300% exp event your event said but you said it was a mistake. This honestly feels like you are spitting on peoples faces. Everyone that saw that got really excited and then you telling us that it was a mistake just feels like you backed out of it but decided to say it was a mistake to get out of people raging. It is already hard leveling in this game. We the players really needed that exp increase. I was planning to spend 5 dollars getting a 100% premium and a 60% booster 1 day but now I am not going to because it is not worth it without 300% exp event. I am sure a lot of other people were planning that to but decided not to like me, if any of those people read this please post a comment saying so. So Joymax I would like to recommend that you do the event like it was written.

Joymax for a while I thought that you were going to stop being failmax when you gave out the free Tanemon and Kamemon eggs in may. I was also impressed when you gave out the free 300% boosters in april. At this current moment though you are not appearing as a loving company but a greedy cold heartless husk that only wants to make money. If you really do care about your players then could you at least think about what I have mentioned here.

I truly hope that one day the players will stop complaining but that day won't happen unless you listen to us Joymax. Don't let our voices fall on deaf ears.

I hope that you have a pleasant day staff members of Joymax.

Yours truly,
KaiserSterl
